The ARR is happy to partner with Bosom Buddies for the Luck of the Draw Race. Visit their website for
more information. Personal donations can be made at the Bosom Buddies booth on race day.

On May 11, 2008, the ARR will stage an 8K Run/Walk and 2-Mile Fun Run at Rio Vista Park (8866 West
Thunderbird Road) in Peoria. The 8K course is certified
by USA Track & Field. The certification number is AZ07006GAN.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Race day registration begins at 6:00 AM and will close at 7:15 AM.
The 8K begins at 7:30 AM and the 2-Mile Fun Run begins at 7:45 AM.

REGISTRATION:
- Thanks to the Arizona Road Racers Board of Directors, race entry is free for runners, age 17 and
under who register before May 9 (no hat included). A
special kids entry form is available. Please fill out the form,
especially the parent/guardian's name and the waiver agreement. Once completed, submit the form.
- To register by mail, print the
entry form (need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read this),
fill it out, sign it and mail with payment to the address on the form.
- To register on-line with a credit card, click on this
logo
- Day-of-race is available. Payment via cash or check only

AWARDS: Awards will be given to the top 5 overall finishers (female/male) in the 2-Mile Fun Run.
Awards will be given to the top 5 overall walkers (female/male) in the 8K. In the 8K, awards will be
given to the top 3 finishers in the following age groups (female/male): 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24,
25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over.

DOOR PRIZES: Each finisher will receive a playing card when they finish the race. Door prizes
will be given away based on the card selected. If more than one person has the same card, then another
card will be selected from a different deck of cards. High card wins! We have very nice door prizes
