The meeting was called to order at 6:35 PM.

The meeting agenda was adopted and the minutes from the previous Board Meeting were approved as
corrected.

TREASURERS REPORT
A current bank balance of $15,700.00 was reported and $1750.00 is ready for deposit.

PRESIDENTS REPORT
Reported membership numbers are dramatically rising and higher that they have been since November
of 2005.  44 new members joined last month.  Membership changes included lifetime memberships for
Ann and Rob Wallack and the passing of Ollie Briggs. steve will be timing a race in Southern Az on
Memorial Day and the club will chip time a 5K in Prescott on June 24th. A chip timed half marathon
in Yuma is under negotiation.

CLOTHING REPORT
Ian will have 300 Summer Series shirts available at SS#1

OLD BUSINESS
Election plans were discussed and related By Law issues. The new warehouse location will be
available on 6/1/06 and moving plans are in order. Discussions continued pertaining to The
Scottsdale Track Program. Laura Nagy presented her plans for the Jerome Hill climb and related
issues were discussed.

NEW BUSINESS
A motion was made to make David Bluestein a member of The Board of Directors and discussion
followed. A unanimous vote to accept David as a new Board Member was recorded. Welcome aboard
David.
