investigate if there will be an issue with colors bleeding. Megan was asked if

•	Litchfield Park 10K/5K (March 7) -- everything went well except for a handful of runners in the 10K
going off course

New Business
Race Committee: No report this month.

Membership Committee: Phil talked to Harvey Beller about possible club member discount at Running Master
races. Will pursue that to see what can be done.

Upcoming Races:
•	Ahwatukee 5K (April 4) -- club will be chip timing the 5K run and 5K walk, but not the 1 mile fun run
•	Westside Open Mile (April 14) -- there was some confusion about the date (April 7 or 14)
•	Verrado Mustang Marathon (April 13) -- this is the middle school race that the club timed out in
Buckeye last year. It is occurring again
•	ACS Relay For Life (April 25) – as a fund-raising source, the club will chip time people running
laps at the Relay For Life. Will plan on showing how to time a lap race at the warehouse on the
afternoon of April 5. steven will be back in town the night of the 25th and will help with the timing
the latter part of this event.
•	Wiener Dash (May 2) -- will need to talk to Diane about providing food for this.
•	"Newman Center" 5K (May 3) -- Nathan Coury originally approached the club about chip timing this race.
After a couple weeks, the ASU people determined that they couldn’t afford the chip timing. A clock
will be taken to the race on Sunday morning as a donation
•	Luck of the Draw (May 10) -- going forward with permits. Need to start getting door prizes for this
    event.
•	Summer Series -- going forward with permits for these races.
