The meeting was called to order at 6:33 PM library time

The meeting agenda was adopted and minutes from the previous meeting were approved as read.

TREASURERS REPORT
Hal reported a current bank balance of approximately $21000.00 and presented the Board with income and
expense reports from 1/25/07 to 2/28/07. Profits from the Desert Classic Marathon represent $1981.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT
Norm Janoff presented the monthly membership report

CLOTHING REPORT
President steve indicated the clothing mail order business from the newsletter is good.

ULTRA REPORT
Gary reported on Crown King and indicated 160 entries to date. He has completed transportation agreements
and the costs are considerably more than last year. Five support vehicles will be utilized this year and
43 people have committed to the Crown King dinner.

OLD BUSINESS
Discussions continued regarding placing membership applications in Sweat Magazine and Fitness Plus.

NEW BUSINESS
David Bluestein reporting on The Run for the Cheetah indicated a new course is necessitated this year due
to construction. It was determined that a time limit for completion will be implemented at next year’s
Desert Classic Marathon. Hal Gensler presented a lengthy and detailed report to the Board on all income
and expense for the year 2006.
